Station House @ Simondium

Station House is a charming guest house in the heart of Simondium, on the R45 between Paarl and Franschhoek.

The Cottage

Where hanging lanterns signal the entrance to the courtyard, a large wooden door opens up to a spacious self-catering cottage. A comfy daybed is first to greet you, resting under a sunken view of the glowing garden. Just adjacent waits a big, brown leather couch for you to sink into. The room circles around a cosy table and chairs, looping into a little kitted kitchen where the porch window lights up the room. The private bedroom brags with one of the biggest beds at Station House. This king size bed can also be converted into two single beds. Under the air-conditioner, another dwarfed window peeks into the courtyard. Around the corner, the linear bathroom conceals a comfortable shower with all the basic essentials.
